FACILITATOR  DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

… is a SETA Accredited learning and development process based on the well-established footsteps Facilitating Development Processes programme (1995-2019), and as offered, in 2022 and 2023.

It offers you the opportunity to deepen your ability to prepare for, facilitate and evaluate processes of learning and change – in your own teams and organisations, and with others.

What makes this programme special?

  1. It offers a rich opportunity to become a better leader and facilitator of change by working intensively with peers and having access to highly skilled and experienced facilitators.

  2. It is client-driven rather than directive. While there is a core curriculum, the programme will consider participants’ interests and needs.

  3. It will make you think and feel.

  4. It includes core content and theory, but the learning process is driven by application, practice, and feedback.

  5. It contributes to learning to design and facilitate community conversations to promote change.

  6. You will leave understanding systems, with stronger ways of communicating and working effectively with others to make change.

  7. It’s highly relevant at a time when most everyone needs to find ways of working more skilfully with change.

  8. It’ll be fun!

It’s a journey, not a ‘training’
