VACANCY:

The In-School Supervisors - 2 Year Contract

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The In-School Supervisor will be responsible for the successful implementation of the AYP programme in schools. This position includes the management and. Coordination of In-School activities. Monitor LSAs; offer Core package and Psychosocial support, refer and report Human Rights Violations (HRV).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Matric and Post Matric Qualification.
Child & Youth Care Worker; Social Auxiliary Worker ; Teacher / Assistant Teacher, Education experience or equivalent.
3 Years’ Experience in the NGO or Education sector
Social Science or Psychology plus driver's licence qualification an advantage
Must be proficient in at least two of these languages: Afrikaans; English and IsiXhosa

Must be comfortable working in a township environment (Mitchells Plain and Philippi areas)
