- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Market Development:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain necessary licenses and permits.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales and management within the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
