About Me
I am a registered nurse; I have worked in different areas of the nursing field. Patient care, in a hospital setting, as a phlebotomist in a laboratory, and in the medical aid industry, and done hospital and disease case management.
My experience includes working on in-bound and out-bound call centers.
I have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. I have great listening skills and generally believe in first-call resolution when I can. I understand the importance of timely follow-up and feedback with precise record-keeping.
