I am a graduate from the University of South Africa containing a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Call Centre Certificate acquired from Thene Trading. I view myself as a hard-working person who performs her duties and responsibilities with professional diligence as I consistently ensure that I do not only meet my required targets but also strive to be the best while offering quality service delivery in line with the company’s strategic objectives and values.
