I am a results-oriented professional with 18 years of extensive experience in community development, coordination, facilitation, training, and skills development. Known for my networking and communication skills, I uphold strong work ethics in all my endeavors.
Recently, I showcased my commitment to excellence by meticulously orchestrating an accredited Conflict Management and Resolution NQFL5 program. This program was designed to meet the specific developmental needs of 310 Community Policing Forum members across various locations in the Gauteng province. Additionally, I facilitated a team-building debriefing for 495 staff members of the Gauteng Department of Health's Forensic Division over a period of four months from 2023 to 2024.
