About Me
My experience as Personal Assistant to the Ambassador has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role of the Executive Assistant to the Head of Mission. Firstly, my extensive experience in managing and coordinating various tasks and schedules has provided me with exceptional organisation skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities. This experience will undoubtedly contribute to my success in managing the Head of Mission’s busy schedule, ensuring that all appointments and engagements are seamlessly organised.
Secondly my previous role required me to engage with high-level communications and maintain strong relationships with government officials and external stakeholders. This has honed my interpersonal and communication skills, allowing me to effectively liaise and collaborate with individuals at all levels. As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Mission, I will utilize these skills to represent the Head of Mission in a professional and diplomatic manner, building and maintaining positive relationships with decision-making processes within the office.
In addition to my experience skills, I bring forward a track record of strong leadership. In my previous role, I was responsible for supervising a team and overseeing their work. By providing clear guidance and support. I successfully motivated and empowered my team members to achieve their goals. As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Mission, I will utilize my leadership skills to effectively manage and delegate tasks ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting the Head of Mission in accomplishing strategic objectives.
