We specialize in events management for NGOs. From Small office meetings to bigger events such as rallies and camps. We have 17 years in the sector working with organizations like Sethani, ChildLine, LifeLine, enke MYM, Biowatch SA, and more. Our event management is tailored to the organizational needs, budgets, and objectives of the organization. We will always be a good fit!

We manage the following but are not limited to:

Event planning, execution, and evaluation.

Invitation design and circulation - managing guest lists/participant recruitment and stakeholder management. 

Venue sourcing and assessments.

Venue and logistical management.

Managing and providing catering.

Providing and managing transportation.

Printed media and materials. 

Materials provision.

Overall coordination.
