Project Description:
ACHIEVE is a globally funded project dedicated to achieving and sustaining HIV epidemic control among pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, infants, and children. To support this goal, ACHIEVE implements approved life-saving interventions for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). ACHIEVE is led by Pact, in partnership with Jhpiego, Palladium, No Means No Worldwide, and WI-HER. ACHIEVE also has a network of resource partners that are engaged on an as needed basis for technical support.
Position Description:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director provides strategic leadership, vision, and oversight for the program’s monitoring, evaluation, learning, data management, analytics, and performance measurement functions.
The MEL Director provides technical leadership across Pact and sub-awardee MEL functions, ensuring the strategic and functional integration of MEL activities across the program. Working closely with program teams, sub-awardees, government stakeholders, the funder, and Pact’s global MEL team.
