Salary : R33 000 – R45 800 per month (CTC)

Project Biome is coordinating a world-changing, unifying vision of Rewilding nature, Regenerative agroecology and agroforestry, and Reconnected bioregional economics. We bring together a curated constellation of non-profits and industry/government stakeholders to create a cohesive social and ecological evolution as we move from reactivism to proactivism. We see everyone as a stakeholder in a new human-nature relationship.
Project Biome aims to bring harmony to human systems and accelerate this regenerative rediscovery.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who has experience in and passion for the field of regenerative work, with both a big-picture mindset and a detail-oriented, process-driven and collaborative approach, to serve as Regional Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with
Project Biome’s Regional Director. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and oversee regional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, providing effective stakeholder management and delivery of impactful outcomes. This role will serve as the link between the regional teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, ensuring program implementation and monitoring an evaluating progress.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to be a systems thinker with a strong foundation in project management, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a proactive, resourceful and excellent communicator who thrives in dynamic, creative, and
collaborative environments. Most importantly, the candidate must approach projects and challenges with optimism, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented regenerative mindset, helping to keep complex projects moving forward with clarity and impact. This role is for candidates that are in SAST time zone.
