Celebrate Women Breaking the Glass Ceiling

HER Wine Collection in collaboration with Sisterhood Connect brings you ‘A Moment with Tops’, a live event at Schoon Organic Wine Farm and Cellar in Paarl on Saturday, 31 August 2024. 

The event will focus on empowering women in business and those aspiring to chart their path. The keynote speakers include businesswoman Carol Bouwer, former Miss South Africa Dr Tamaryn Green-Nxumalo, and co-founder of HER Wine Collection Praisy Dlamini, amongst others. These inspiring women will share their journeys and offer valuable insights into overcoming challenges and achieving success.

“My winemaking journey has profoundly enriched me, both professionally and personally. As a winemaker, I have the unique opportunity to craft a masterpiece in a beautiful bottle of wine, creating a pathway to connect with others and expand horizons,” says Praisy Dlamini.

Women empowerment is central to HER Wine Collection’s mission. They are committed to uplifting women through various initiatives, such as a bursary programme that supports six ambitious young women from the Cape Winelands area, who lacked the resources to continue their studies.
