PROGRAMME MANAGER / DIETITIAN

We are looking for a programme manager with a health background to be part of the community health and nutrition team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of 6 Professional and Enrolled Nurses with their Community Health Workers
• Focus on the care of LBW and malnourished children
• Mediate any conflict within the programme and hold your team accountable
• Identify training needs and assist with training
• Liaise with DoH, hospitals and clinics in the areas
• Attend to weekly administration requirements, including reporting, statistics, management of case files and attending meetings

Requirements :

• A tertiary education in a health science – dietetics, public health, nursing, etc
• Experience in project management
• Experience in community health and development 
• Excellent administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Disciplined and efficient.
• Contactable references.
• Driver license. 
• Positive, open and flexible
