About Me
I am an R425 Nursing Diploma, PHC and Management Sciences (Bus Admin) Graduate with 9 years in PHC. I have, Experience in HIV/AIDS, STI and TB (HAST) management, Knowledge of clinical guidelines for HIV management, Experience and knowledge of M&E and QI approach, Experience in mentoring, coaching and supervising facility staff, Experience working in a donor-funded environment/non-government project-based organization.
I have experience working with the DoH, Analytical and quality improvement skills, organizational, management and facilitation skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
I have been a part of a team providing quality improvement mentorship and implementing Operation Phutuma in the NDOH facilities I supported as the current Quality Improvement strategy.
