TERMS OF REFERENCE: The Appointment of Service provider for the Internal Audit Services for a period of three (3) Years

OBJECTIVE OF THE INTERNAL AUDIT

The objective is to appoint a suitable independent Internal Audit Service Provider that can maintain and support an appropriate Internal Audit Service to the management, and Audit, Risk, Finance, and Investment Committee (ARFIC} of Higher Health. The Internal Audit function should assist Higher Health to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management control and governance processes. The risk management strategy including the fraud prevention plan must be used to direct internal effort.
