Roles & Responsibilities
1. Receptionist.
2. Support the efficient administration of the PSP office.
3. Assist with running of workshops and courses.
4. Assist with technical support and management of courses.
Reports to: The Office & Finance Administrator and works closely with the
Workshop Administrator
Requirements
1. Relevant education qualification.
2. Advanced computer skills.
3. Experience in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc, and experience with cloud-based platforms an advantage).
4. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in 3 languages an advantage (English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa).
5. Knowledge of report writing.
6. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
7. Own reliable transport and driver’s licence.
The PSP provides a collegial, supportive, and pleasant work environment. You need to be self-directed and have good organisational skills.
