Hello, my name is Yolanda Mashego, and I am currently in my final year of studying Human Resources at Tshwane College. While I have not had formal work experience in the field yet, I am highly motivated and eager to expand my skills and gain practical experience. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong foundation in HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. I am excited to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to a dynamic team.
