Job Description Summary

 

We are looking for an Operations Manager who would play a critical roles in ensuring the smooth operations of the business by overseeing the organisational processes and enhancing and improving work quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the other Managers within the business to ensure processes across a variety of functional workflows are optimised. You will need excellent organisational skills and time management skills, an ability to understand the complexities of tasks, change priorities and meet deadlines.

 

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

 

  1. Manage all provincial teams in order to ensure correct processes are followed, deadlines met and accurate reporting done
  2. Ensure tracking is monitored and managed to ensure acceptable levels of adherence
  3. Oversee and manager YES submission, document verification and accuracy.
  4. Ensure SLA’s are met and reduce SLA breaches
  5. Ensure all teams are aware of and are following set processes
  6. Monitor and track achievement of targets set across various teams
  7. Create awareness on company products/services with stakeholders
  8. Follow up and track progress on tasks and requests given
  9. Monitor and report on dashboard statistics continually in order to ensure targets and standard required are met
  10. Manage work for teams in order to ensure all team members are aware of what is required, deadlines met and standard of quality achieved.

Qualifications, experience and attributes

 

  1. 8 years + experience in a similar role
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong leaderships skills 
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally
