In this role you will interact with colleagues at all levels of our organisation and, with a friendly and approachable attitude, you will be committed to making Frontline AIDS a great place to work not just through the policies you deliver but also in how you deliver them.  Your actions will be aligned with Frontline AIDS values and behavioural framework, and you will inspire the same behaviour in those around you.

  4. Collaborate with employees across the organisation to ensure policies are relevant, user friendly and accurately represent working practices at Frontline AIDS
  5. Consult and negotiate with our Trade Union on key aspects regarding  developing our people policies.
  6. Work in collaboration with other policy developers at Frontline AIDS to ensure polices are fully integrated into our ways of working.
  7. Provide and support training of colleagues on the new policies.

2. Developing the FRONTLINE AIDS culture

  1. Frontline AIDS cultural philosophy is that Action Makes the Difference. The attitudes and approach we take at work are guided by our organisational values - Freethinker, Inspired by Difference and Firestarter - and their associated behaviours. Knowing what is expected of us every day will help Frontline AIDS to be a great place to work.
  2. Strong commitment to the approach of Frontline AIDS to equality of opportunity, the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, and to supporting a workforce that reflects our commitment to anti-racism and globally diverse movement, and ensures our work is enhanced by a range of ideas on the issues and challenges we work on.
