  • Study, interpret, apply and give information on policies and legislation relation to social work. Keep up to date with the developments in the social work and social welfare field.  

  • Perform all administrative functions required. Provide supervision to other social workers and HOD of the department. Control working hours, absenteeism and leave of absence.   

  • Provide counselling and psychosocial support to staff members in need. Work hand in hand with office of the Health and Wellness in a hospital setting.   

  • Establish good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in the implementation of quality assurance policies and develop appropriate quality improvement plan for social work services.
