Dear Sirs / Madam  

  

 I am writing to apply for the  any position advertised as Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Officer.  I have strong accounting experience   of over 30 years in the finance field. 

  

I will provide exceptional contributions to all with who I am in contact with and with a Diploma in Finance Accounting and practical experience I have a full understanding of the cycle of books to Balance Sheets, Debtors / Creditors, and accounts administration.  I have managed Internal Audit, Audit preparation, compiling of AFS, Reconciliation of All Balance Sheet Accounts and passing & Authorizing of Journal Entries, monitoring cash flow, Budget vs Actual Income & Expenditure, submission of VAT201 & Emp201/501 & managed payroll.   

  

I have successfully completed audits where I play a key role in conducting the audits.  I have set up a new chart of accounts for various branches and organizations.  I had to ensure that the finance teams are given the tools and skills so that they can use the system and work more efficiently. I have worked previously alongside various auditors. I recently started working on Xero accounting but have always worked on Pastel Evolution accounting and Payroll.
