Monitoring and evaluation of Youth Programs in Mbizana Local Municipality 

Facilitating development of Youth Development Policies, Policy Frame and Procedures

Presenting a conceptual framework of current and future interventions necessary to achieve acceptable levels and standard of service delivery to the immediate supervisor for consideration and inclusion into the department’s short/long-term performance and service delivery plans

Ensure that the community is informed about the Youth Development  Programmes

Responsible for resource mobilization and young people mobilisation to participate in government programmes 

Adhere to the national and provincial agencies and institutions guidelines 

Compile reports (Monthly, Quarter Mid-term and Annual Reports) regarding new developments, implementation actions for Youth Development Programs

Liaise with relevant internal and external role players on community matters to ensure the provision of services to the youth

Attending and participating in national, provincial, district and local meetings and activities

Facilitate the establishment and functioning and of youth Councils within the Municipality 

Coordinate resources to ensure capacity building for Youth Councils

Lobby and advocate for projects and Programmes for the youth by identifying training needs, conduct needs analysis and make recommendations for assistance

Coordinate integration of youth Programmes in the Integrated development Plan by ensuring the participation of the affected group in the IDP and Budget Processes and assess beneficiation in the Municipal Programmes

Evaluating the sections performance against budget
