I am currently a Life Coach at Mpower, working for a non- profit organisation in vulnerable communities. I work with diverse schools and communities ranging from young people in high school to adults that are employed. I am part of a research team that developed a coaching program aimed at entry level employees. This program has been implemented in two organisation so far and has shown successful results in career and personal growth for the employees and the organisation. My experience is in personal development with the special interest in life and social skills development, trauma informed counselling, team building and identity work. I coach and facilitate in groups, individually face to face and online. My coaching is based on the knowledge and training I have acquired throughout my career. My clients can expect an accredited life coach, facilitator, assessor and moderator. I have been trained by Elize Morkels on Narrative Therapy. I have attended Deep Wellness Retreat by Dr Jude Clark who is also a business coach for Mpower.

About Me

Talitar Mshede is a Life Skills Facilitator & Life Coach. 

Talitar started working for Mpower as a Facilitator, but then quickly realised her big goal of becoming a Life Coach. She then acquired her level 1 NeuroCoaching Certificate which has enabled her to develop into an empowerment life coach. 

Prior to joining both BFG and Mpower, Talitar was an Office Manager for Khanya Africa Networks an Information Technology company and was responsible for co-ordinating & training on company procedures & policies as well as recruitments. 

Previous to her work at Khanya Africa Networks, Talitar was Human Resources Manager at Kelpack Manufacturing a food manufacturing company with over sixty employees added to the Human Resources duties she identified and organise external training, mentored & coached general workers to improve their work performance and evaluation. 

Talitar also spent the first 10 years of her career working in different positions such as Bank Consultant for Standard Bank SA, Administrator for Mpilende Foods and Human Resources Officer for Rumdel a construction company. 

Talitar is accredited by the ETDPseta under the Diploma in Education and Training Development Practitioner which she earned certificates in Facilitation, Assessor and Moderator. She is also accredited by Comensa for NLP Life Coach level 1. 

Previous to that she studied with UNISA doing a Bcom in Economics completing it up to the second year, as well as a Certificate in Accountancy through Tshwane University of Technol
