Johannah Molele, a 28-year-old female professional, is a dedicated and compassionate advocate with a strong educational background and hands-on experience in health and social services. Graduating with honors in Health Sciences and Social Services, she furthered her expertise with a Bachelor of Honors in Social Behavioral Studies in HIV/AIDS, showcasing her commitment to addressing critical health challenges.

With over three years of practical experience, Johannah has demonstrated her proficiency as a Learner Support Agent at Lekota Secondary School, where she provides invaluable assistance to vulnerable learners, ensuring they receive the necessary care and support services. Collaborating closely with the School-Based Support Team, she actively identifies and supports at-risk learners, contributing to the implementation of vital programs such as the Care and Support for Teaching and Learning (CSTL) and HIV and AIDS Life Skills Education Programme.

During her tenure as a Pediatric and Adolescent Lay Counselor/Linkage Officer at the Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute, Johannah played a pivotal role in ensuring access to Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) for children and adolescents living with HIV. Her efforts significantly improved retention in care and viral load suppression, thereby enhancing the quality of HIV treatment for young patients. Additionally, Johannah actively supported facility staff in implementing services aimed at increasing retention in care for clients initiated on ART, demonstrating her commitment to comprehensive healthcare delivery.
