My name is Sithembiso Pakade , pharmacist with vast experience in pharmaceutical procurement and wholesale, hospital pharmacy management , NGO capacity support, strengthening pharmaceutical systems , medicine availability in district clinics , pharmaceutical manufacturing, herbal/african traditional medicine. I have also done training of middle workers in pharmacy.

About Me

I have successfully lead in pharmaceutical warehousing and wholesaling , developed systems improved efficiencies and consistently delivered- and made 95% availability of medicine a norm than an exception.

I have set up successful Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees in very rural setting and very urban areas with success, with that successfully managed huge medicine budget of the tertiary hospital.

I worked in supporting procurement of ARV in Swaziland and also helping that country set their pharmacy regulation, the medicine and pharmacy acts.

I also worked in within the clinics in one of the deep rural areas of south africa setting up pharmaceutical systems including massive vaccination programs and successfully maintained cold chain. Also trained a big number of pharmacist assistance , most of which are still there.

I have worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing and medicine production, implementing GMP
