The Constantia Ratepayers’ & Residents’ Association (CRRA) is an NPO, registered as a ratepayers’ body with the City of Cape Town, & a registered Conservation Body with Heritage Western Cape. The CRRA represents property owners and has a compelling interest in the conservation of the dominant / arcadian character of the Constantia / Tokai Valley.

About Company
The Constantia Ratepayers’ and Residents' Association (CRRA) seeks an office administrator/manager, to work five mornings a week.
As support to the volunteer CRRA Executive Committee and its subcommittees, the position provides general office administration and secretarial support with an emphasis on organising and managing land use applications; interacts with members; generates regular communications; interfaces with City Officials and Councillors; and maintains the association’s records.
Requirements for the position include proven administrative and communication skills, computer literacy with competence in commonly used applications, and good organisational and people skills. An understanding of municipal services and knowledge of land use legislation, planning policies and practices, will be of significant value. So too, the ability to communicate well ‘across the counter’ and in writing, along with good references! Remuneration will be determined by the experience of the successful candidate and the hours agreed upon.
