About Company
Okapi Consulting is currently implementing the Radio Ndarason Internationale (RNI) project. across the four countries of the Lake Chad basin: Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon and Chad. RNI broadcasts to the populations living in and originating from the Lake Chad areas affected by the Boko Haram insurgency. RNI brodcasts on FM and short-wave in Kanuri, Kanembu and Buduma, the languages spoken by the populations living around the lake. It is an internationally donor-funded radio project aimed at helping populations to understand the conflict dynamics, and to be able to participate in conflict resolution in their region. Studios are located in N'Djamena, Chad; Maiduguri, Nigeria; Diffa, Niger and Mora, Cameroun. Okapi Consulting is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
