About Company
REAP was registered as an incorporated association in 2001, having previously operated as Catholic Education Assistance Programme (CEAP). REAP is an associate body of the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference (SACBC) but assists all young people regardless of faith or affiliation. REAP has Level 1 BEE status. We are registered as a non-profit organisation in South Africa and have tax exemption status.
REAP assists rural youth from low income households to access post school education and training opportunities. We work in rural schools providing learners with career guidance, basic IT skills training and assistance with applications, and then support students holistically whilst at university or TVET colleges. REAP operates nationally and has offices in Cape Town and Bloemfontein.
