I am a qualified and registered social worker with a demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive services in individual, group and community settings. I have proven experience in providing therapeutic services to gender-based violence victims and formulating intervention plans for children and adults living with HIV/AIDS.I am skilled in creating and implementing community outreach programs to address social issues and promote well-being. I am also proficient in case report writing, administrative duties and record keeping. I have a strong dedication to the well-being of individuals under my care, with a passion for making a positive impact in their lives. I possess good problem-solving abilities, always eager to learn and take initiative in challenging situations. I am an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
I have experience in data capturing and data quality management in the NGO sector.I can work with various systems that are used to capture data in the NGO sector such as CBIMS.
