Working against racial inequality and poverty, Room to Read South Africa offers a comprehensive Literacy Program that combines home-language classroom instruction with high-functioning libraries. We partner with the Department of Basic Education, schools and communities to make a lasting impact.
As part of our literacy program, Room to Read provides reading material to schools and libraries. In order to ensure efficient distribution of the reading material to the schools, Room to Read seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to provide evaluation services as per the Scope of Work.

Basis of Award | An award will be made to the bid that offers lowest price technically acceptable. Offers will be evaluated on the three Technical Evaluation Criteria using the Pass/Fail method where offers must pass all three to qualify for price evaluation. Price will be evaluated (using a formula) where the lowest price scores the highest points and the highest price will score the lowest. |
