MONITORING & EVALUATION SPECIALIST (PROJECT-BASED / PART-TIME) 

 

Are you an experienced M&E professional passionate about social impact? Join Khulisa on a project basis to drive change in underserved communities! Work will be executed on site and virtually. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

      •     Design and implement M&E frameworks to assess program impact

 

      •     Utilize advanced data management tools for real-time insights

 

      •     Conduct community asset mapping using the latest technology

 

      •     Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support data-driven decisions

 

Qualifications:

 

      •     Proven experience in M&E, preferably in social development sectors

 

      •     Proficient in data management software (e.g., Tableau, GIS, SPSS)

 

      •     Strong analytical and communication skills

 

      •     Ability to work independently on project timelines

 

Requirements: 

 

  1. Minimum of five years’ working experience in M&E in the NGO or social development sector. 

 

  1. Strong familiarity with M&E software/tools and best practices. 

 

  1. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. 

 

  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 

  1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances 

 

  1. Able to travel nationally  

 

  1. Own transport 

 

Remuneration:

 

Retainer per project, based on number of hours and market related rates.
