dlalanathi is a small highly professional non-profit organisation based in Pietermaritzburg. We work in local communities affected by poverty, trauma and loss.  Our fun and creative team has a deep commitment to building the capacity of adults to support children, youth and families to cope emotionally. Our work focuses on the full life space of a person, from pregnancy all the way through to old age.  As needs arise dlalanathi designs processes that we use in our direct work within communitird and then scale our work by adapting this into training that is offered to Partner Organisations wanting to build their skills into their work.  Our organisation values and works in partnership with others.  We are relationship based, trauma informed and solution focused and this approach informs all of our work.  Our training process includes mentoring and supervision to support implementation, ensuring the mastery of skill as programmes are integrated into an organisation’s work.  We also adapt programmes to fit both the organisation and context in which the work will be delivered.
