A great opportunity exists with a long-standing non-profit organisation for a programme manager. This position is based in Cape Town (Philippi) and reports to the Director. If you are very meticulous, innovative, customer-orientated, a fast learner and professional, this position is for you!

The successful candidate should be able to perform the following as required and or allocated to you by the Director and/or work requirements. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Programmes Management 
  • Operational Management 
  • Staff Management
  • Institutional Management
  • New institutional applications
  • Programme Duties
  • Research Management 
  • Assess, analyse and Act on Data to mitigate organisational risk. 
  • Compiling of a monthly Board Report. 
  • Liaising with Key Stakeholders

Minimum requirements

  • A degree in Social Science or similar will be an advantage. 
  • Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in the field
  • Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
  • Must be willing to travel to all the different areas.  
  • Must be well presented, professional and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have managed staff
  • Salesforce knowledge and experience are beneficial.
