A great opportunity exists with a long-standing non-profit organisation for a programme manager. This position is based in Cape Town (Philippi) and reports to the Director. If you are very meticulous, innovative, customer-orientated, a fast learner and professional, this position is for you!
The successful candidate should be able to perform the following as required and or allocated to you by the Director and/or work requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Programmes Management
- Operational Management
- Staff Management
- Institutional Management
- New institutional applications
- Programme Duties
- Research Management
- Assess, analyse and Act on Data to mitigate organisational risk.
- Compiling of a monthly Board Report.
- Liaising with Key Stakeholders

Minimum requirements
- A degree in Social Science or similar will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in the field
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
- Must be willing to travel to all the different areas.
- Must be well presented, professional and have excellent communication skills.
- Must have managed staff
- Salesforce knowledge and experience are beneficial.
